Barbara is a John Mattone Certified Executive Coach and Master Trainer with over 18 years of global experience living and working in China, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Europe and The US. Barbara has partnered with leaders to help them make key paradigm shifts and breakthroughs so that they can effectively create large scale changes in society.
Also certified as a divorce specialist, she authored the book “The Unexpected Gift”, a memoir of her journey of self-discovery and renewal after the implosion of her marriage, and the experience of creating anew her life and career whilst navigating different cultures. Using a 3-phase coaching approach of Evaluation, Envisioning and Evolution, Barbara helps individuals to know and master themselves, transform inner conflicts, elevate their mindset and create new expansive and innovative lives.
