Dear Friends,
How are you?
Thinking of you and praying for you and your family as we move through what feels like a storm beyond storms.
I am reminded that we control two things in life: the meaning we give to what is occurring and our response.
What is the meaning you are giving to what is happening?
How are you responding?
I just spent two weeks in Switzerland, London, Amman and Dubai visiting families and my family in Dubai.
The nervous system of those I met in Switzerland and London felt as triggered as those in the region that are being directly affected.
I was surprised and not surprised at the same time.
We are all connected in ways that we underestimate.
Oneness…
Do you feel anxious and contracted?
Do the conversations feel challenging due to your and other’s bias?
Does your trust in life and in others feel shattered?
I encourage you to begin the following daily habits if not already in place to help de-stress the body and balance the autonomic nervous system :
Breathing exercises
Meditation
Time in silence
Movement : stretching / yoga / pilates
Journaling
An activated autonomous nervous system may result in being reactive with what is occurring globally, with your loved ones and with those at work.
We all deserve more.
Pray that we and our families move through this with ease and grace.
With love and gratitude,
feisal

What is your brain’s true age?
Cognitive decline doesn’t happen overnight; it often begins in the brain up to 10 years before the first symptom appears. The good news? For the first time in medical history, we have the tools to detect it early and, more importantly, do something about it.
In just 15 minutes, you will discover:

How to Build Mental Resilience in 2026: Practical Steps Anyone Can Use
With so much uncertainty globally, our nervous systems are doing a lot of background work. Rather than expecting ourselves to “be tougher”, I’m focusing this month on resilience as care: small, repeatable rituals that refill your inner reserves.
I loved this piece on emotional resilience because it’s very practical—short grounding practices, kinder self‑talk, and the reminder that supportive relationships are a core “nutrient” for our mental health. You might like to pick just one idea from it to try this week.

“We are too quick to anger and too slow to forgive. We are also hypocrites who judge others harshly while automatically justifying our own bad behavior.”
– Stéphane Garnier
