Dear Friends,

How are you?
Change in seasons. Summer for most and winter for others.
How does change make you feel?
Are you choosing to engage differently?

In my recent visit to Switzerland, I was reminded by a family we care for that I built Qineticare first and foremost to support me. The polishing of the diamond continues, and boy were they right.

In a few days, it will be 19 yrs since I’m in remission. The main tumors were in my heart chakra and throat chakra. Experts on our team have supported me over the last two decades focusing on the root cause.

I requested an assessment with one of them after ten years as if I’m meeting them for the first time. The energetic hold on my throat chakra remains. My response “wow…after all the support and growth over the decades. Clearly more to experience and learn in this curriculum called life.”

What does this mean in practical terms?
This means that often, when I intend to say ”A, ” the delivery and meaning that ends up communicated is received as “Z.”

This is clearly not supportive for my relationships with loved ones, colleagues, families we serve, or any others for that matter.  Over the years, I have learned, thanks to experts, to perception check with my beloved to confirm what she hears me say is what I’ve intended.

Still today, I do not do this with others beyond that most tender space. People pleasing and codependency is the shadow that I am still expressing in my communication.  This is the heart of my practice. I am so grateful to my beloved and team for challenging me to expand as I continue to walk the talk.

Does what I just shared resonate? Do you feel that communicating with your loved ones and others is challenging while wondering why?  I nudge you to go beyond perception checking to appreciate why the misunderstandings still prevail.

Sending you lots of love and a big hug as you move into this new season

With care and gratitude,

feisal
