Dear Friends,
Hope you are well with all that is occurring.
Praying for you and your family as we move through the trials and tribulations being presented.
Recently, we had the joy of welcoming Mummy and Papa to our beautiful new home—a space that Suz has lovingly poured her heart and soul into. Thank you, jaan, for making it a true “hearth” for us all.
The past four weeks have been a profound journey for me, stretching my capacity for patience and love. It’s clear that family life is the ultimate “relational gym”—and I have much more to learn! I am deeply grateful for the unwavering love, care, and support from Suz, Mahdi, Kazim, and our entire team, who made this time not only possible but truly meaningful.
Family life is a beautiful journey, full of both challenges and incredible gifts. Every difference we encounter—whether it’s as simple as meal times and bedtimes, or as meaningful as how we communicate and show gratitude—reminds us of the richness and diversity within our families. These differences, though sometimes challenging, offer us powerful opportunities to grow in understanding, patience, and love.
Let’s remember that, despite our unique ways of being, we are united by a bond that helps us overcome any obstacle. By supporting one another through life’s ups and downs, we discover the true strength and joy that family brings. Together, we can celebrate our differences and cherish the unbreakable connection that holds us close.
I invite you to take a moment to reflect on your own family experiences:
Before closing, let us pause for a moment of silence to honor, appreciate, and celebrate the matriarchs and patriarchs—past and present—who have shaped our lives and made our experiences possible. May they be blessed.
Wishing you a beautiful summer or winter filled with love, connection, and cherished moments with those who matter most.
With love and gratitude,
Feisal

Unlock the Science of an ageless brain – Dr Dale Bredesen
One standout point from Dr. Bredesen with The CNN video interview highlights that eating a lot of ultra-processed “junk” food—like chips, soda, and sweets—can sharply increase your risk of Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline.
The most impressive finding is that people who followed plant-based Mediterranean or MIND diets had significantly fewer Alzheimer’s plaques and tangles in their brains, even at autopsy, compared to those with unhealthy diets.
This isn’t just theory: switching to a healthier diet, even later in life, can still lower your dementia risk and protect your brain.
