As a 35 year old entrepreneur with over 10,000 employees in 15 countries, Feisal Alibhai received a wake-up call with the news that he had stage three cancer. He thought his life was going to be over, but when he was unable to imagine saying goodbye to his two young sons, he decided to do whatever it took to transform the cancer.

To maximize his odds of survival he turned to functional medicine, from kinesiologists to integrative doctors, building a team of experts around him.

In 2013 Feisal founded Qineticare, the world’s first family health office, to empower individuals and families through an integrative wellbeing journey of self discovery to transform their way of being to live a meaningful life. Feisal is also the author of Four steps to flow: the art of living a meaningful life, head and heart united.

How can you benefit from becoming MovementWise?

Wednesday 20 October 2021 (19:00 HKT / 15:00 GST / 13:00 CET)

In this session, Feisal and Tania will explore the cause of pain injury and disease, the body as a whole connected movement system, and the benefits of becoming MovementWise.

Tania Cotton: Tania is a Movement Analyst with over 25 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and Health & Performance Educator. She founded MovementWise to teach practical ways of overcoming injury to live an active, healthy life, after 12 years as a consultant for the Swiss Olympic Medical Centre in Geneva, where she worked with numerous world class and Olympic athletes, and organisations such as The WTO, UN, WHO and P&G.

Tania has a deep understanding of how even small changes in our posture, movement and lifestyle habits can significantly impact health and performance outcomes and our sense of wellbeing. She believes that, for sustained success, it is essential to understand each individual not as ‘an injury’ or ‘a disease’ but as a whole person in the context of real life.

Giving individuals the courage to do things differently, she changes the way they think about movement so that they can transform the way they live their life. In this way, they embark on a rewarding journey that enables them to discover a ‘new normal’ at each milestone of their life.
